I refer to my email of last week giving notice of the Annual General meeting next month.

It has been pointed out that the trustees have a duty to provide members with audited accounts at the AGM. It will not be possible to circulate these before the 5th of March for your perusal. We are therefore obliged to postpone the AGM.

We will be holding the AGM at the very earliest possible date, but I cannot confirm this until we have the audited accounts.

As soon as these are available we will be contacting all members with a revised date.
